Would the hospital have put them there before transport to the coroner? Very odd. Would have to be some kind of glasses to stay on your head through a stabbing and emergency medical care and transport to the ER.

The au pair is a very inarticulate witness. I get that English isn’t her first language, but she doesn’t finish sentences, she trails off, she mumbles. The poor prosecutor really has to work to get her to answer questions.

I agree, but the good thing is the prosecutor is doing a great job and seems like Bs attorney is a doofus. Otherwise, they probably could make her look like an unreliable/not credible witness, but what’s on her side are all the photographic and forensic evidence that backs up everything she’s saying.
