The latest police officer said that the blood seemed to have been there awhile (soaked into the carpet and some of I think Christine’s coagulating a bit) implying that they didn’t call right away.

Brandon... the defense keeps trying to ask the police about did they see the panic attack, did they hear the panic attack, where were they when he was having a panic attack... smh

Why is the angle on the panic attack. I agree that the question is inappropriate and a typical defense ploy, but why would it help. What doesn’t explain away. Sure, I would have a panic attack too if I just murdered someone.

My guess is to show that he was overwhelmed. Obviously the defense will say it’s grief. He only asked about her once as far as I can see. At no point during the 911 call do you hear him calling out her name or any of the other things one might expect. Doesn’t seem to express a great deal of concern about his daughter. Sort of a “where is my daughter? Oh she ok!” And that’s the end of his concern. So the defense will likely say he didn’t do the kind of things one might expect because he was having a panic attack.
