Yes, and they give it to deserving students. The Hayfraud transfers are not remotely deserving. But this is all moot at the OP wasn't referring to the Potomac School.

What makes them not deserving?

That's Apostle Karen's son! He is an assistant Hayfield coach as well.

As "Apostle Karen" (as someone who grew up in the Catholic Church, her calling herself an Apostle disgusts me as she doesn't meet the criteria) is considered a "coach" is she paid or is it simply a volunteer position to get her on the sidelines to be part of the entourage?

Hayfield will be Freedom 2.0, after he slithered away. They will have an undersized roster numbers wise, and kids with little to no experience because he, according to the articles I read, didn't give a flying flip about them because they weren't "family."

It's cringy that this "Apostle" Karen, a grown ass woman, is hanging out with a bunch of teenaged boys offering them "spiritual guidance.". Imagine if this was a high school girls soccer team and this "Apostle" Karen was a dude. Inappropriate.

Nobody knows if she is paid. She posted some sketchy stuff on instagram and calls herself the Hayfield sports pastor or something like that. Her younger son played for Freedome last year even though her family home and church scam is all in Fredericksburg.

My kids school had to wait months for our certified, experienced teacher's background checks to work through the system.

They weren’t really new hires. They were more like transfers. The school’s are run by the state so they are state workers. They are employees of the district, but state workers.
