Seriously daddy warbucks, money influences a lot of travel decisions. Have you not read the umpteen questions on this forum of my kid/husband/I have a fever but should I travel tomorrow? People don’t want to pay the change fees. |

Source? Because the infection rate in South Korea (very high number of tests, possibly more reliable than China numbers for multiple reasons) is 6,284 positives / 164,670 tested = .38%. So it seems shocking to me that they would estimate more than half of people would become infected. |

DP here: That 50-70% statistic is if NO ACTION IS TAKEN by governments to stop the spread of the illness. Clearly we are starting to undertake a robust response. |
