No because that girl is actually in front of the store in a CNN vidoe with other employees on the Saturday morning. the CNN video has that girl in there talking on the phone. |

why would anyone think it's the same woman from stonybrook? she was born in 1982 (making her 28-29) and they said this woman is 27.

| Ok I can't believe i am saying this - but Jayna was my friend and I am in shock. I met Brittany for the first time last Wed, 48 hours before the murder. She was standing less than ten feet away from Jayna (who was also on a shift) at the time we chatted and shook hands. Ugh. I am in so much shock. Brittany is petite and several inches shorter and a lot smaller in body frame than Jayna, who was v v strong and fit. Just to clear that up.... |

| She is Black and she was 5'3! And it was simply murder. You can call it something else but it was MURDER in the first degree. She actually left the scene and moved Jayna's car 3 blocks away. They found evidence in the car that led them to believe that it was her. |
