The vast majority of Americans including Democrats want to return to the standards of Roe which means abortion up to the point of viability and after that for threats to the mother's health, fetal abnormality, and rape (esp. in the case of children whose pregnancy might not be discovered until week 22 - still second trimester, by the way).

You make the mistake of believing all voters or all women share your mindset and priorities. You’re wrong:
1) No poll shows abortion to be the biggest issue in the election. I’ve seen polls that indicate it’s the biggest concern of Democrat voters, but Democrat voters don’t make up the entire electorate.
2) Trump didn’t overturn Roe. He nominated judges, who were then approved by the Senate to be Supreme Court justices. The Supreme Court justices decided the case.
3) Trump has not proposed a national abortion ban, and many people have resigned themselves to the belief that this is an issue to be decided in the states.
3) I am a woman who voted for Trump. My biggest concerns are the economy and immigration. For me, Biden and Harris’s decision to open our border to massive illegal immigration was one of the worst and most unpopular decisions ever. That’s a big reason why I voted against her. Not all women share your mindset and priorities.

You were asking that poster to describe the methods for abortion that she would legislate, and she replied she is comfortable leaving it to the doctors. She said she doesn’t tell the surgeon how to transplant livers and she wouldn’t tell the abortion doctor how to do his job. There was absolutely nothing there about abortion until birth .
