They do have a 2025 going to Penn State. But seriously.. wouldn't you be better off playing more at your local HS? |
1. Lots of PVI alumn currently on top 25 D1 programs 2. HS does not matter for recruiting it is all based on club performance 3. Fewer kids at PVI are actually playing lacrosse yet they are above capacity so they don't need lacrosse. Not sure why people care how others spend money. PVI is cheap compared to the other private DMV schools and most parents send kids there for the catholic education and not for sports. Only baseball and basketball are good sports at PVI and occasionally the lacrosse team. I know several PVI families who would still send kids there if the lacrosse team was just like DJO or BI. |
That player is no longer going to PSU |

1. True 2. Only if you play for bad high school team and goes against 1. 3. True but why? Money, perceived lack of benefit, lack of players to go around? |
well that didn’t age well🤣 |
And it was pretty pathetic at the beginning too. Serious question, are all Indy parents this bad or or is it just DW and a few on this board that give them all a bad name? |
Everyone knows of one particularly psycho parent that’s even an embarrassment to their children. If you know you know. |
I could really use a break from the Indy AND Riverside parents here. On that note Riverside people above, you are truly stupid if you think the first post was anything more than a troll post by someone other than an Indy parent. It screams troll. If you really believe it, the Nigerian prince and the Microsoft support guy that called want to speak with you. I went to that game last night, as I watched the first ones on stream. Will provide my thoughts on these two team later. Good, bad and ugly. |
| I didn’t know Mabry coached for Indy? |
100K is pocket change for most of the families that go to PVI. The real value is getting good teachers, getting to know great families, and avoiding all of the BS that comes with Loudoun publics (fights, furries, disruptive kids taking learning cycles away from kids that want to excel, etc.) |
Agreed. This is why most families send their kids to privates. I'll throw in that the sports (in general) are much better as well. Privates aren't perfect, but many feel the benefits outweigh the costs. |
exactly!! So the SIDE takes it to Indy! What is next for the Tigers? |
They play Midlothian on Friday. Should be an easy win. |
They are playing Checkers at Indy and making a State Final for this team is a big deal. Imagine if this was still part of BW. |
