Is Pride 27 going to free fall? How many girls left? They were a strong team and well coached when we played them over the years.

does anyone have a count of where the Pride girls who didn't make Capital ended up?

From what I have heard only 1-2 original Pride Red players stayed with the team. I believe a group may have gone to Stars. Maybe another 4-5 players from the Loudoun Red team that were added to the roster this spring.

Wow. Pride Black 27s sound unlikely to be competitive next year.

The Pride owner abandoned this team years ago. Rarely posted anything about them. It was odd because it was the top Pride team? They could’ve been a much better team with a little more attention. The blame can be spread in a number of directions - kids, coaches, owner and parents. It’s shame because more may have stayed. It was a fun team early on, but my daughter was done with it by the end.

At least 95% on the owner. No attention. No communication. Coaching carousel.

How many of the BLC girls ended up going to Skywalkers and was it because they did not make Capital Blue? So instead of Orange the went to Skywalkers Blue? Is it interesting that they could make that A team and not the Capital A team? Or are they not comparable?

I would agree with that assessment.

SW 2027 was one of their weaker teams. That said, big turn over for both blue and white this summer so we'll see how much they improve. I think White has 15 new girls.

It seems that this is the case across most teams at pride.

Thanks - Interesting - I do think they typically pick up girls for high school but tbd for 27 I guess.
