Fox is clearly conservative. But, the moderators Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum have been recognized in the past for very fair moderation.
The two moderators for ABC have never moderated a debate before, so they are an unknown quantity.
As far as other ABC hosts... you can't call Stephanopoulos unbiased.
