Currently, Virginia’s abortion limit is at 26 weeks’ 6 days’ gestation. That limit would address your devastating diagnosis. I don’t see Rs succeeding in pushing back even if they had both upper and lower GA.

And this is why we need Democrats to hold the majority in at least one chamber. If GOP has trifecta, they will pass the most extreme bills. Yes, but exceptions in many developed nations are permitted with physician approval. And that permission stays between the patient and the physician - because it is a medical decision.
