I got a kick out of getting mailings from Segura and Sheriff Mike Chapman. Segura running on the fear mongering of rampant high crime in the area, while Sheriff Chapman ran for re-election by tooting his own horn over Loudoun’s lower crime rate. Which is it, guys??? Can’t even get their messaging straight.
