Currently, Virginia’s abortion limit is at 26 weeks’ 6 days’ gestation. That limit would address your devastating diagnosis. I don’t see Rs succeeding in pushing back even if they had both upper and lower GA.

They have already proposed THREE abortion ban bills this year. They will do it if they hold the GA.

And this is why we need Democrats to hold the majority in at least one chamber. If GOP has trifecta, they will pass the most extreme bills. No doctor would perform an abortion after the second trimester unless the health of the mother is at stake or the fetus isn't viable. YOu cannot name a single instance where such an elective abortion has taken place. So let's not be hyperbolic.

Youngkins proposal would allow abortion after 15 weeks in instances of rape, incest and danger to the life of the women. So you should be good, right? Since no one is just getting an abortion for the heck of it at 8.5 months, according to you.
