1. Apparently Brittany moved Jayna's car at some point to a spot a few blocks away. 2. Neither woman was sexually assaulted 3. Brittany will be in court Monday morning |

| Now it's a little more understandable that the witnesses who heard something from the Apple store never called 911. They heard an altercation between two women. I'm sure they will be living with the guilt of not doing anything and wondering "what if" for the rest of their lives. That must be awful, but I can understand that they never would have thought in a million years that the arguent between two femails that they were hearing would end in the brutal murder of one of them. So sad. This whole thing is so terrible and so sad. |

It sounded like the police didn't know that until today. They said they were operating under the assumption that what Brittany Norwood said was true. She had told them that they were both sexually assaulted. |

Yeah, I didn't get the part abut the shoes either, but it sounded to me like they were pretty confident no one else was involved (despite the part about it being an "active investigation"). |

| The size 14 shoes were mechandise from the store. Clearly, she made the footprints using the shoes that were there in order to make it look like a big man did it. Even though he said the investigation is still ongoing, the police chief said they did NOT have any reason to believe that anyone else was there. |

Lululemon hems pants and has athletic shoes of various sizes in the store that you can wear when they pin the pants for hemming. |

They didn't say whether her injuries were self inflicted or not. My guess is they were, since she was in fine enough shape to go move the girl's car. |
