How did they get a court order so quickly? Didn’t she just file?

Some sources say the 50% does include tuition. "The couple will be required to each pay 50% of their children’s private school tuition, extracurricular activities and unreimbursed health care expenses under the interim ruling made by Judge Thomas Anderle."

It's a temporary order.

My guess is judge sees through Costner. He will hammer out a settlement soon. Hopefully his bruised ego will survive and they can co- parent

Quite the number considering he has 40-50% custody.

Not sure what private schools in Colorado cost but I don’t think 50% of it will be all that much given he is paying her 1.4 million a year. I assume they had great health insurance so health costs shouldn’t be that high. No idea what extracurricular they are in. Could be expensive if it’s equestrian related but most extracurriculars are very affordable on a 1.4 million a year income.



She likely won’t be able to keep her household staff of three. Does she keep the nanny / household manager who does all the kid stuff or the chef or the housekeeper?

I think her efforts to get as much money out of the marriage as she can will backfire in the end. Being greedy and all about $$ doesn’t bode well for amicable coparenting.

This is tax free money for her. I wonder how much will go to the kids versus gets spent on herself and her cosmetic procedures and beauty and fashion.

Very doubtful. Child support isn’t covered by the prenup. Staying in house was covered and the judge already ruled she had to get out. This week I think.

I wonder if there was some kind of relationship between Christine and Daniel Starr. Daniel rented a house on the same property and reports are that he and Christine were close and that she was at his place every day when Kevin was away working.

Then there was some kind of falling out between Daniel and Christine and she wanted him evicted and Kevin did evict him.

I don’t think that’s how it works. Kevin Federline had been supporting a non working wife and multiple additional kids on CS for years.

Kevin Federline has had other sources of income so there is no way to know exactly what CS has gone towards.

In most families I know where CS is involved, it just goes into the general pot and gets used for family expenses. I don’t know anyone who keeps it completely separate. Most put it towards housing and kid expenses and childcare and food but not only for the child receiving the CS. Not talking about famous people, just friends I know who get CS.

They are in CA. Child supports ends at 18/graduation from high school.
