Fire in upper NW?

PP here about the first post on side window. Sorry for terseness - typing on phone and listening to WTOP at work.

Reporter on WTOP just said that back door was kicked in - I'm not getting that from Post story but maybe I'm missing something.

It's forced entry - French doors. Kicked in with a boot that was not matching up to any dc firefighter boots

No one here said they were new. The statement was that search warrants are coming out.

dammit, I really wanted new search warrents. I want those fuckers locked up. And I want it to be more than one person. the idea that one person coudl cause this much horror just kills me for soem reason.

That has been previously discussed on here. Many flaws and intentionally misleading inferences in this "article." There is no evidence they knew each other.

I'm thinking maybe this door was actually kicked in after the crime when Wint was leaving the scene since the murdered housekeeper's husband didn't apparently see any broken windows/doors or anything amiss when he went looking for her Thurs morning and also since the killer likely wouldn't want to have such a visible sign of something being wrong present for 20 hours or however long they were in the house. Maybe he kicked in the door on his way out to make it look like a forced entry.

I can't imagine there being many phones that travel between Woodley Park and PG County that day. This is assuming the perpetrators had Android phones and GPS turned on, but you never know.

Nice: The search warrant applications say the cellphones of Savvas and Amy Savopoulos and Figueroa were stolen. Police received permission to track the phones for 30 days, starting May 10, four days before the killings, trying to pinpoint the locations of the phones through cell towers.

Doors were kicked in..not out..boot print was on the outside..that is how they got in..I guess the doors would be in the back of the home? Question what happen to their Dog(s) Wish DC would bring back the chair..this has to be one of the worst if not the worst murder case in the history of the USA

Yeah, I'm not saying they were kicked from the outside. I'm saying the killer(s) could have gained entry another way and then when they were leaving, kicked the doors in from the outside to make it appear like a forced entry.

Woops it's supposed to say I'm not saying they were kicked from the inside.
