If you truly understand their infrastructure and what they’re building, “weak” wouldn’t even be part of the conversation. This group has significant financial backing and already operates an MLS NEXT Pro club with its own stadium and top‑tier facilities. These are exactly the kinds of clubs that scale quickly and have an extremely high ceiling. A great addition by GA—they have a deep player pool and dominated Aspire. The sky is the limit for this club.

Thats all great but where will talent come from on girls side? Girls dont care about mls next. Significant financial backing is great if they are going to use that to lure top girls players to play for free or with big discounts. If not, what does financial backing do for a player looking for college exposure? If drawing from a finite pool of talented kids not sure how any of what you wrote elevates this team from aspire level to top or upper tier ga

That conference has some incredible clubs in it, by all accounts the Nationals are doing well (are the the best in the conference? No). Looks like they gave #1 nationally ranked Hawks their only losses at 2010 & 2011.

Their college commitments are pretty incredible, I’d say they’re just fine.

Will be curious how every club looks after the birth year change. Especially in an ultra competitive market like Detroit, Michigan.

Carolina Core is a great add. It’s a club founded in 2022 and one of the emerging stronger clubs for girls in the region, especially in terms of development potential and exposure. GA competition + professional links + elite staff is relatively new in this part of North Carolina. They have A LOT of resources and the leadership to build a powerhouse club in the triad.
