I’m interested in the Tylenol suggestion. I hadn’t heard it can help with sleep (assuming not the PM kind).
Magnesium is part of my cocktail, but I have to take occasional breaks from it as it can make me feel very groggy during the day.

I'm the Tylenol poster. No not PM, just regular. Years ago my doctor told me it had an anti-anxiety off-label use, but because it can't be mixed with alcohol, no one promoted it.

I keep 2 on my bedside table, loose so I don't have to wake up and open the bottle. I'm asleep within 20 min after taking.

Oops PP here, sorry hit submit by accident!

Anyway all of the patients without liver problems had a standing order for Tylenol for the treatment of insomnia (as needed). The nurses said it worked well.

So, I dint make a habit of it, but if I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t sleep, I’ll take 2 Tylenol - works to get me back to sleep about 75% of the time.
