The moms and gradnmoms are far more petrified of their daughters and granddaughters being sexually assaulted.

I am a 51 year old mom and grandmom. I have three adult sons. Two adult daughters. And two grandkids. I'm not even the slightest bit worried about my sons. They know I would hunt them to the ends of this Earth if they ever treated a woman with anything other than respect. They understand consent because we drilled it into their heads when they were teens. I'm not "petrified" that my sons might be accused of rape. I am petrified about the message this disaster sends to my daughters.

Mitchell is in way over her head. This is going to back fire. She is used to acting as a prosector, and asking questions she already knows the answer to. She's not going to get anything from Ford. It's almost like she is gearing up or fishing for a "catch you in a lie" question, and it's making Ford look highly sympathetic. Plus, Mitchell is not managing her time well by digging into details and asking question after question and then getting interrupted by her time being up. Mitchell is swimming in this so far and she is drowning.

Oh wow. Now all rape victims are to act the same way. Maybe you weren't affected by your rape. Was it rape or wasn't it. Let's question what you did or didn't do to have avoided your rape. I don't believe you were raped or is a rape survivor.
