Can you share evidence that shows an increasing number of MoCo players are going to Baltimore? I don't think that's happening but am genuinely curious what the data shows. |
Even if you are a Saint you may not get playing time. I don't envy the girls on that team or their parents. |
That must be middle school. Just wait.... |
You don’t know what you’re talking about. Capital’s goal is to get as many players committed. They do this by playing every girl. MnD may be consistently ranked higher but their committed numbers are way worse because they don’t play their bench. |
I don't believe there has been a comprehensive analysis. However, someone on a different page looked at the 28 and 29 Capital Blue rosters. Only 1 SR girl and 0 GC girls. GC and SR are the best teams in Montgomery county every year. Their best players are going elsewhere as of late. It will be interesting to see the Cap Blue 2030 roster to see the breakdown of schools and geography. |
Why does Capital feel the need to attempt to downgrade another program by saying this every year? Someone tried this a couple days ago with the B teams, and then posted a commit list that didn't say what they thought it did. The committed numbers at M&D are not worse, let alone way worse. You can make a positive statement about Capital without trying to constantly denigrate other programs. Guess we'll see how the equal play time thing shakes out. |
| What's the over/under number on Saints girls on the 2030 Blue team with BL/KJ coaching? 6, 7? |
It is highest # on Blue. |
| Know more than 1/2 dozen girls from area who chose to play in Baltimore. NVA is not much of a draw re exposure |
False. M&D does not have worse committed numbers. Please clarify what you’re talking about. Also, they go to equal playing time for the recruiting years. College coaches aren’t watching in 7th grade if some kids ride the bench. |

Let's get back on task. So what's the fall out like. How many from DMV, Stars, Pride, etc went to Capital.
What's the status of those teams now. Where's the rest going? Let's bring the left overs together! |
| I have seen this Cap Blue cope about 50/50 PT popping up again, it is hilarious. Heros Green and M&D Black play 50/50 for all HS aged teams unless it is the playoffs of a championship tournament. Showcases are all 50/50 for those clubs. Why would anyone stay to ride the bench through HS, and how are those bottom half kids at those programs getting D1 offers? They wouldn’t, and it’s because they are good and they play. |
Heros and M&D top teams don't do equal even if there's no playoff or champion. They both say they do. They both don't. |
Weird, my kid’s m&d team does….and so does every other high school m&d team I know. Do you have some special insight that you can share? |
But is it in the handbook? I think not! lmao |
