It’s “funny” to broken people who have no sense of humor. People who like to “make jokes” that are really just insults and calls to violence. They have no sense of humor and don’t understand that humor is supposed to be both fun and funny. For cons it’s enough that it insults someone.

I don't believe one way or the other. What I'm seeing is a story where the details keep shifting. The audio recording conflicts with the statement. Then they retracted their statement that someone opened the door that clearly wasn't the Pelosi or his attacker, because both had their hands on the same hammer. Pelosi was able to take a bathroom break and use his phone in the bathroom. He could have simply told the police there was an intruder in the house, but he said it was a friend, David. He must have sounded confused because they did a wellness check. At his age, he very well could have been confused, and that's just fine. The important thing is the police got to the scene on time. People are asking to see footage because of all the changes to the details of what happened.

Either way, his neighbors and his Ex-Wife have made it perfectly clear that the man was decidedly mentally unwell. People here want to state that he is mentally well but being MAGA makes him mentally unwell. That''s, well, insane He's mentally unwell because he thinks he's Jesus and talks to angels, etc. The media seems to want to ignore that fact. Inconvenient? I don't know.

Again, what entitles you have access to the video? The police have it. The guys lawyer will have it. The prosecutor will have it. This isn’t a TV show scripted for your entertainment. It looks like the guy broke in, went looking for Nancy. Paul P woke up. The guy didn’t attack right away. He asked where’s Nancy? PP talked to him, was able to call police, tried to keep him calm until the cops got there. The cops coming in may have triggered the guy to go for the hammer and he hit Paul with it. We don’t need to know every detail. We know there was a break-in and an assault and who was the intruder/assailant and who was the victim.

I didn’t say I was entitled. I said it would help clear up what happened. What you state happened is what you are being told happened, but again, that story has changed three times so far at the very least. Imagine this was George Floyd and you just had to take the police version of what happened, that there was no video of any kind. Imagine if we were told as a nation that we were not entitled to see that, that you don’t need to know every detail.

It’s extremely clear what happened. Only MAGA are questioning what happened! You are all so looped into conspiracy theories that you are incapable of seeing reality.

If its so obvious, there is no reason to hide the bodycam/security cam/dashcam footage.

We can also explain how he got to the house.

Off the top of my head, reasons to "hide" the footage:

Privacy of the victim - was he even dressed?
Security of the home - publish the layout of the house for the next attack?
Due process - I don't know what that is, but didn't it take like 11 weeks to release, for example, the George Floyd body cam footage?

They won't be able to sit on the footage forever. Why is there a rush to get it? What critical issue is relying on the prompt release of the footage? Talking points and blame?

Well, there is that little election coming up and this is being used as a partisan issue to influence that election. It would be very convenient to blast "MAGA assassin" in the lead up, and then some quiet December Friday reveal that it was something quite else.

Sorry about the timing of Pelosi's near death experience, but the election is not a reason to violate Pelosi's privacy, security and due process.

The timing is probably due to the Republican escalation of attacks and conspiracies about Pelosi. She has been vilified coast to coast by Republican campaign ads, Fox News disinformation show hosts, and all over the internet. Republicans are making emotional appeals to paranoid people that Pelosi must be stopped. What’s conveniently left out by you and by Flipkowski were the facts that 1) DJT is not the creator of that photo and 2) that he stated something like ‘the internet remains undefeated’ and made a comment about he who shall not be named. Reason for that is the absolute censorship of anything in regards to that person and the ongoing hypocrisy of that.
