Malaysia Airlines Flight Goes Missing En Route to China

Anonymous
Too much conspiracy theorizing going on, I think. Something went badly and suddenly very wrong with the plane - a series of mishaps. The wreckage will be found. I think it's better not to over think a lot of the information received so far.

With China's population 150 Chinese citizens are like 31 American citizens.

Doesn't make it any less stupid and unrealistic. What would they gain by shooting it down? It would serve no purpose.

You know OUR military has done it on accident before right?

I didn't know about this until now, but apparently we shot down a plane in Iran. How horrible. Those poor people.

It would be really stupid of the Chinese government to shoot down an aircraft that's mostly occupied by their own citizens.

An unidentified aircraft not responding to the radio enters Chinese air space will be shot down....just like the US would shoot it down

Except that it wasn't anywhere near Chinese airspace when it lost contact -- it was SW of Vietnam and south of Cambodia.

Is that a fact now? Because I have heard dozens of facts about this plane and its whereabouts, and no one knows where it really ended.

As a PP mentioned earlier, china doesn't give a Shi* about any of its citizens.

Except I think it did about a lot of these citizens. The plane had a lot of Chinese artist on board that were part of a cultural exchange program with Mayalsia. I think they were pretty highly regarded in China.

Did I miss something? I thought yesterday China admitted they found three, huge pieces of the plane last Sunday! Why are we talking about a stolen plane?

China showed three satelittle images, malaysia checked out the area and found nothing. I think now there is some suspicion over whether those images should have been released and what they really showed. China admitted they mistakenly released the images.

They found large, unidentified objects from their satellite imagery. Zero confirmation that those pieces are a plane, let alone the missing plane. Many experts have claimed that the objects are too large to be the plane, and possibly some kind materials related to fishing enterprises.

China made that story up. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-03-13/china-satellite-images-key-focus-in-search-for-flight-370.html

One of these 3 countries shot down the plane: Malaysia, China or Vietnam. I think the least likely is Vietnam because they've been the most honest so far, and the most likely is CHina. China would do something like this and then pretend like nothing happened.

I am curious about the mention of insurance money to be gained by a disappearance mentioned by the Malaysian official. How would an insurance scam work with such a large number of people involved?

My boyfriend seems to think that terrorists have stolen and hidden the plane from satellite (under tent cover or something) and will try and use it like 9/11 style.

What an original thought... I think this was mentioned at least 10 times already.

Can a plane be hidden in plain sight?
