It costs a whole lot more to raise and educate a kid than to birth one.

I agree. There a people who actually work who don't make that in a year. She would be smart to not make another peep about money so she doesn't look bad/worse.

Now she gets 130k BUT has to pay half of ALL the children’s expenses.

One of the children will turn 18 soon and he can ask for a revision to lower CS as child will probably move out for college.

Doubling the child support but her having to pay 50% of their expenses is zero sum.

If he dodges her trying to crack the pre-nup, this is all a massive win for him.

And if he catches her blowing the child support on herself or some new boy toy, he can drag her back to court.

Nope that’s how courts work. She asked for an insane amount. He lowballs her and they meet in the middle. You can’t negotiate child support in a prenup.

She’s getting $80k more a month! There’s no way this is zero sum. That implies the kids cost $160k per month. This was a big win for her, plus she got her lawyer fees and forensics, which he was trying to block by capping her credit limit.

What could bite her is if she loses the down payment and mortgage payments he promised her. $80k extra a month probably eclipses that too.
