This totally! It has been repeated many times, JR had no history of violence towards women. He wasn't a rapist, he was a guy who was murdered ruthlessly while believing he was play acting with a woman he thought invited him over to do this and left the door unlocked for him. It is reported that he thought he had been communicating with her for weeks, and that he spoke to her on the phone first thinking this was consensual play. He was tricked, and murdered, while Christine was tricked into thinking her husband wanted to be married to her and would love and protect her. They were tricked, trapped, and brutally murdered because BB thought it would be exciting to commit a thrill kill murder and fool everyone. Do not play into his hands as witnesses. He was a disgusting monster that took their lives with the help of his lover the nanny JM.

It would seem more likely that BB forced JR to hold CB down at gunpoint in order for JR to be shot in the “correct position”. It seems like a vulnerable point in BB’s plan to rely on JR sticking to the script when he was an innocent. Perhaps he even tried to force JR to stab CB so that his scenario would fit.

I’m embarrassed that I know this isn’t consistent with what the commonwealth allege the forensic evidence shows. According to some of the information disclosed he was likely kneeling when he was shot.

It's certainly possible, b/c prosecutors almost always prefer to lock in a conviction and avoid the risk of something going awry during trial. That said, they aren't going to give much in the deal because they have JM and a lot of other evidence. So, maybe they'd be willing to offer 15 yrs for each killing, and BB might take it if he thinks he might otherwise get 20 for each killing. BB is upper 30's. so having the possibility of getting out of prison when he's upper 60s might be worth something if he otherwise might have to be in prison until he's upper 70s (if he lives that long). Prosecutors are always willing to give a little something if the defendant saves them the time/effort/expense of going to trial. Of course, once it is the eve of trial, the prosecutors have already expended a lot of time/effort/money, so they have less incentive to make a deal the closer it gets to trial.

I’ve said it before. From all indications, the investigative team on this case have done masterful work.

Regarding the search warrant related to big mommas phone and the allegation she passed info through Jpms attorney.

Im inclined to believe that big momma was just trying to manipulate jpm with a hogwash story.

That is what the blood spatter evidence showed, there are several articles online re: those facts from @ the time of BB’s indictment.

It is hard to fully grasp what harm the greed and selfishness of BB and JPM have created. That is not what has been reported in the past day. JPM says BB rushed in the room saying "police" then shot JR in the head. Then stabbed Christine.

Well, she’s already a proven liar. Even with her new version, there will be details that will never be known.

I agree. CB was very petite, barely 5 feet tall. BB is about 6 feet.

My bf could easily pin me down with his bodyweight alone and have at least 1 hand free to do whatever with.

Question for the legal eagles. Like many I'm disappointed at prosecution's offer of time served for JPM. Many have noted the judge may have discretion to impose a longer sentence. Question: prior to sentencing in the case of a plea deal, can a judge allow "impact statements" and then take those into account in determining the sentence? Apparently JR's family is okay with the current offer (and I have to business questioning that) but I'm thinking maybe the child's maternal grandparents who will hopefully be the child's legal guardians by that time will have the opportunity in court to present the unfathomable impact this has had and will continue to have on the child. Thank you.
