The Trump women and their fashion mishaps thread

I'm not convinced on the pregnancy. Sadly, I'm in my 40's and my gut looks like that from a side view whenever I eat pretty much anything. I also have a a-line skirt with a center seam like that and it seems to cling to the legs and make me look super pregnant. Plus the tie belt is killer for the gut. I feel like the IT pregnancy watch is getting a little Jennifer Anniston-y.

Me too - I'm a frequent poster to this thread and I hate the pregnancy watching. If she's pregnant, we'll know soon enough and then we can watch while she tries to dress her bump in her unique style. Let's just stop focusing on whether she has a teeny bump or whether she's just a bit bloated after a meal and 3 kids and carry on with making fun of her fashion choices! As to which:

I am not a fan of looking for pregnancies either, I just thought it might be a rational explanation for her face seeming to look so different suddenly and the compensation of those changes with copious amounts of eye shadow.

OK, I kind of want the black and white fur coat. With the black outfit Louise Linton wore at the photo shoot where Mnuchin got his name on the money, with black opera-length gloves. And a dalmatian on a silver chain. Or an afghan hound.

I married the wrong guy, I guess.

Ugh, the sassy grandma joke was funny the first couple of times. Now it’s just beating a dead horse. Let’s let it die.

Sassy grandma is immortal fool.

+1
It’s not a joke. Her clothing choices can literally be slotted into three categories (sassy grandma, child pageant, and Russian stripper). It explains all.

Nope. Some rando on here just made this up. It’s not some home truth.

IT really does, actually. Take, for example, her shrunken navy sweater and lower cut pants: equal part Russian stripper and child pageant contestant. The pink and grey number up top this page: sassy grandma and Russian stripper (the level of makeup). The law of three is immutable and I will fight to the death for its defense.

Um, ok.

Say it with me: “hyperbole.”

It looks like the bag is a slightly different plaid than the dress?!?!?

Yeah I posted this picture and didn't notice the bag at first. That is the weirdest thing about this outfit - she picked a bag that has a matching pattern but in a different, though similar shade? So bizarre!

Hehehe--my dad once came out of his bedroom wearing a shirt and pants in completely different color schemes, to which I said "just because they're both plaid does NOT mean they match"

Yes, thenplaid bag in wrong color scheme is bad. But so,are those things hanging off front of dress. Looks like 2 plaid napkins, shown to front.

Brooch looks like the Ann Klein style from the 90s. I know someone who worked for them. Surprisingly I & J are quite nice to "the help". And very frugal. Father is an asshole. Who's shocked?

Dress or two-piece? It's supposed to be a peplum right? I think ikt's fine. BUT, being old enough to remember *required* home ec classes (I was in the last cohort before that changed) I definitely remember learning about how when sewing plaids--especially big block/windowpane plaids like that bag--matching at the seams is important. Cheap bag? (Completely aside from plaind/plaind mismatch)

A convincing piece of evidence for my “Ivanka is completely insane,” theory.
