It’s club life, kids move around. They will be fine. Girls side lost a bunch more than 3!

Girls side was one of the best in the area. They dominated and had an awesome coach, SYA screwed by letting the coach leave. We get to show our stuff again this weekend as we March towards state cup.

Yes yes, we all know about you parents on the 09 girls. You cost that coach his job...just FYI... yes you parents are way too much.

How did the parents cost the coach his job? That sounds like a good story.

NPL is garbage. CCL1 teams clean up against them. But with a lot of clubs leaving CCL, I suspect ECNL R, is being looked into

Which CCL1 teams? Arlington, Loudoun, Herndon? They are all gone! What does that leave?

They will stay with ccl as long as Paul is running the program. He’s stuck in the 80s.

It was just one or two parents and one of them are on the board.

The parents of the girls were over the top and the coach let it get out of hand. Very uncomfortable to watch.

Over the top in what way?

Spill the tea! If you are going to gossip, don't be so vague that no one knows what you are talking about!

Join the club and experience the drama.

Yeah, and the incredible play on words involving a coach’s name. Those jokesters! They are slaying them in Centreville.

So did they end up getting the four teams per year that they wanted?

Nothing big, just your average club politics.
A really good coach took over a struggling group, developed them into a competitive team. Bunch of parents with absolutely no ideal how the game is played, suddenly turned into Pep Guardiola and decided they know better, lost patience, and drove the coach out. Coach did the same thing for his 09 boys.

well, they are having supplemental tryouts for 2006 and 2007 so sounds like turnout wasn't what was hoped

No the 09 boys were about the same. Maybe worse. Several of the boy parents left because of Gary. But hell at least he was a nice guy. Unlike ass clown Adam.

06 wasn’t very good. 07 had a great turnout. Unfortunately the 3rd and maybe 4th team is a tough sell. ~5 purple CYA players made A (2) or B(3) team.

How did the CYA 05 Purple players make out?
Did many make the new Valor team?
