No, you simply didn’t know where to look. I looked at the information for 2024-25 throughout the school year, and the information for September 2025 should be available shortly if they follow past practice. |
Membership will be available in a week or two. But drmgraohucs lag by a year. You have to go to Virginia for demographics |
You are full of shit. It’s all been explained earlier. In a week or two FCPS should publish info on membership available by ethnicity. There is other information that you have to go to the state site for if you want it earlier, such as the FARMS enrollment for the current year, but the demographic information for ethnicity is available earlier. |
I disagree. Membership is updaed, but not demographics. |
It depends on the demographic information you’re looking for. The September 2025 membership by ethnicity will be available shortly. FCPS won’t publish information on the FARMS rate, or student mobility rate, until later, but this discussion was originally focused on the percentages of Hispanic and non-Hispanic kids. That will be available soon. |
You are arguing with multiple people |
So what? Tell me the demographic information for September 2025 you don’t think will be available until after the end of the school year. |
| Ok, seems that scenario 4 gets distributed to BRAC this Tuesday, October 7 and then released to the public this Friday, October 10. I guess it’s good there is some time between in case they need to majorly analyze/fix something but I am so anxious to see what’s things labs |
I think that Thru will do what the last consultant did after receiving feedback, which is dial back all the rezoning recommendations to the bare minimum needed for the most overcrowded schools. |
If that were the case they’d just be taking care of Coates and factoring KAA into the mix. They are still going to screw some random pyramids because this School Board is a bunch of despicable creeps. |
| Sizemore-Heizer will be off the School Board soon. There’s an opportunity to replace her with someone who calls the School Board and Reid out on their BS. |
Is she the braddock rep or at large? |
Braddock. |
| I know that FCPS publishes demographic info. Maybe it shouldn’t. Why give ICE targets? And isn’t Trump all about eliminating anything that could draw attention to diversity? They’re all just students. |
ICE is not coming into the schools unless a student is over 18. And, I doubt it is doing so then. When goals are set for certain demographics, you are going to find stats. Here is a goal: every child should be pushed and pulled to achieve strong academic growth. |
