Dumb. The two neighborhoods passing each other on the bus to go to high school.

Both of the elementary schools would then attend high schools and middle schools farther than their current schools.

What a mess.

Perhaps Crestwood to WSHS and West Springfield Elementary or Keene Mill Elementary to Lewis?

They are both closest to Lewis.

Keene Mill would give the Lewis pyramid AAP.

West Springfield Elementary is under the Franconia district school board rep thanks to Jeff McKay

Lewis pyramid has AAP at Springfield estates elementary.

This would make a little more sense with it being a Justice meeting and related to that region.

What a colossal mess this is.

Can someone please share who the Region 2 reps are? They don't care about the western schools in their region - the first line on there should be "figure out KAA"

Region 2 is Falls Church, Justice, and McLean. That's it. There are no western schools in the region.

Was anyone there taking notes/collecting feedback? Who was facilitating?

Listening on line and the Board seems to not know what is going on or even to have any power. The consultants appear to be running the show.

Wait, what? Did they officially say at this meeting that Crestwood is moving or is this just a rumor?

I am sooooooo confused.

Above was Region 4.
Region 1 https://www.fcps.edu/system/files/forms/2025-09/advisory_priority_analysis_-_region_1_9-8_update_epg_0.pdf

How to get to these from the Comprehensive boundary review home page? Go to BRAC 9/3 and to graphic organizer summary page for links https://www.fcps.edu/form/graphic-organizer-summaries

No R Anderson AAP MS concept. Start time thing was MS so if that would be MS AAP in a pyramid then why as a division is Reid not looking at Rocky Run AAP feeders, Franklin to Carson feed? AAP in all MS. And why no scenarios converting R Anderson's schools to K-6 and 7/8? That's comprehensive not just whacking around base schools.

Wtf, So they’re making additional changes beyond the disruptive chaos that they’ve already proposed. Screw this school board.

I think PP means Regions 1 and 5

The Region 1 representatives on BRAC just said figure out KAA before you propose other boundary changes. The Region 5 representatives recommended a magnet at KAA.

Region 2 doesn’t have schools in western Fairfax and their BRAC representatives said nothing about KAA.

Not surprised the Region 5 BRAC would support what Reid wants
