That's because they have no idea what they are doing. None of them have ever run a soccer club, and they have no clue the damage they have done by replacing coaches like NM with HM!!! Our daughter stayed with GFR ONLY b/c NM was going to be her coach again next year. He completely turned around our team and now they are trying to slide HM into his place and that is completely unacceptable. We are trying to be patient and not run for the hills but this was done SO poorly by this board. Their responses to individuals on our team show they have no competence. They should all be forced to explain what they're doing and forced to resign after this. Even with the communications about RS there has been nothing about NM and his crew.

So will HM be coaching now, which teams? That will be interesting …

He is AMAZING!! Until he's kicked out and he sells hismelf to another club saying he can bring whole teams over like he did with AC Milan and now GFR

I think it's fair to want to know who your coach is going to be before accepting an offer! Big difference between HM and NM.

There is no reason to think though that just b/c NM and ML are at Bethesda they won't also coach at GFR.

U9B and U11B. We went to the two previous tryouts last week.

Nadir is only taking one team in a shallow age group at Bethesda (they only have 2 2010 teams next year). He will undoubtedly coach elsewhere as well

He isn't according to the slate on the website. BL has the older girls and he is just an assistant

There were a lot of other complaints with him as a coach of those teams...

If you didn’t read this forum the issue would be that they unexpectedly fired a long-term, mostly-liked ED and ended the contract he started with their then TD and Director of Coaching. They were also coaches and the timing sucked for the teams they coached. Fast forward to now, the ED is reinstated. If you weren’t directly impacted by the coaching implications then it would be a blip on your radar really.

ED steals money from club. Uses "the partnership" with NM to send money absurd amount of money to him, some kicked back to him. People find out, fire him. He hires a lawyer who finds a way to get him back. Everyone loves these guys IF, and big IF they give a damn about your team.
At the end of the day if you're the ED and TD, you have to care for the WHOLE club not just the teams you're coaching. You can't steal money from the club you supposedly run and work for. You shouldn't be running side sessions, summer camps and individual trainings as a ED or TD when you're the head of the club. A joke
