Offers came out today for our younger age-group daughter's team. Coaches were transparent that offers would start coming out a few days after the second tryout.

They're looking for $450,000 or more a year.. I mean he was coach of the year in 2018

They are not coming back. Accept the offer, GFR will be fine. Coaches come and go at every club.
