“I’m Larla D’cum and I’m nosy AF”. |
Looks like WP story just updated, anything significant? Anyone have a guest link? |
No! She’s already pleading guilty so there’s nothing to take to trial. Trial would be to determine if she’s innocent or guilty. Are you thinking of sentencing? |
When I click on it, it doesn’t say it was updated since 7:30 PM “The specifics of Magalhães’s plea were not immediately available, and it was not clear Monday to what specific charges and facts she would admit, or what benefit she could receive for doing so. The plea, and any negotiated deals, must be accepted by a judge.” |
Nothing new, but just a tip: whenever you want to open it without a guest link, just open incognito. |
Thanks, incog often works for me, but not tonight, for some reason. |
Does anyone know if anything will be revealed tomorrow? Or is that just to see if the judge will accept the plea and that’s it ? Is she supposed to take the stand and give her testimony then ? |
Read 3 posts up from the WP. |
She is not going to testify. |
Ok but my question is more on how it works. She agrees on testifying against him and then what? When does that happen? |
Can Teresa be in the courtroom tomorrow after her shenanigans intimidating the Au Pair with the snitches thing?
|
At his trial. |
If she agrees to testify against him as part of the plea, that will not happen until his trial… that likely means she will not be sentenced until after then. |
^ because she has no incentive to keep her e d of the bargain and testifying against him if her sentencing is already complete. |
That’s my point!!! Thanks! So it’s not worth going tomorrow then… nothing will happen… |
