I’m not following what you mean, but tomorrow is for the judge to determine if they are going to accept her plea or not. Of course she will not be testifying or giving any information about Brendan. What would be the point? its not his trial! Besides, If she speaks now, the defense has an advantage as and they have time to discredit or what she says by the time the trial comes in 2025.

Clingan also said at the hearing that paramedics found that the bodies of Christine Banfield and Ryan had been moved and repositioned, with Ryan’s arms seemingly smeared with Christine Banfield’s blood and crossed in a position he could not have achieved after being fatally shot in the chest. No one has been charged in Christine Banfield’s death.
