It wasn’t @ JPM, he’d been having affairs for years before she arrived and spoke of offing CB to at least one other woman. Dude is on the spath spectrum. Was all about $ & control and showing how clever he thought he was with his “just one bite” of McDonalds. Smdh.

Pretty sure BB can’t just sell the house for a profit when he’s being investigated for murder since CB was likely on the mortgage.

She has almost certainly flipped on BB. There's no value to just a plea from her.

Plea deals are common, certainty of outcome and cost savings are benefits.

There is no way the prosecutor agreed to a plea from JPM without her agreement to testify against BB unless the Commonwealth has bombshell level evidence against BB that the public is not privy to yet. Even then, I don't think the Commonwealth agrees to a plea for JPM right now. They would hold her feet to the fire and take it up to trial. I feel certain she has flipped. Plea deals are common, but timing is everything.
