I just spit out my coffee ![]() Things can’t be overrated if they aren’t rated highly, my friend. |
Uva |
UVA |
Because they are among the finest schools in the country, objectively speaking. |
Based on DCUM, I'd say UVA, but that doesn't mean it isn't a very good school. |
How do you objectively rank schools? USNWR has some measures that appear objective, but they are highly subject to manipulation, and they don't factors costs and don't get at whether the school is adding value above alternatives. |
You misspelled subjectively |
UVA |
Virginia |
+1 the dude who keeps writing Virginia and UVA must have been rejected real bad lol |
Duke, Georgetown, Harvard, Princeton, NYU, Stanford. |
LOL good one! |
+1. I am so pleased we have the Virginia schools in state. Two of my three kids weren’t even candidates for UVA but got great educations at other VA schools. But the third is a superstar and she’s now at Oxford courtesy of the programs, tutoring, faculty and wonderful letters of recommendation written by the “overrated” UVA profs. Considering how many other UVA students are at Oxford right ( and some “at the other place” which is what Cambridge is called) now, whether on Rhodes, Marshall, Barry or Fulbright, you have to admit UVA is doing something right. |
OMG I've seen you on here before. You're the unhinged UVA booster always talking about how your kid got into Oxford after UVA. You've been saying the spiel for months, if not years now! I've got to respect the persistence at least. Wow. |
The UVA hater is back. He/she resurrects this post and others when the conversation dies down a bit. Total troll. They are the one who just posts UVA or uva or some other one liner. |
