lol. True. VT and UVA are rivals |
Pitt & Williams |
Most are naming schools they have a beef with. If people are being objective, they would focus on ones that don't deliver on undergraduate education quality (particularly if they have high tuition and fees) or don't have outcomes commensurate of the quality of its incoming students. |
Precisely. VT . |
Huh? Talk about an example of someone whose kid must have been rejected. VT is exactly the opposite of the description above. But, you knew that. DP |
Williams? It seems to do a really good job of getting its grads wherever they want to go. |
Isn't Williams like top 5 LAC? https://collegescorecard.ed.gov/school/?168342-Williams-College Outcome Isn't impressive at all compared to it's ranking. Seems overrated. |
+1. Do not believe everything you read on DCUM. |
exactly - where grads from slacs like bowdoin and wesleyan seem to revel in being unknown to masses and their school’s quirkiness, Williams alumns are the opposite - and demand being compared to the ivies - the few dozen I’ve met have been tiring and obnoxious in this regard - rest assured, no ivy is comparing itself to Williams! |
Stop already. |
A pox on you for making me read your entire quasi-paragraph; mine eyes hath seen one too many train wrecks, and yet I cannot look away. |
ahh - perchance we have a literate Williams grad - in our midst?? |
