Man asked woman to leash her dog in a public park -- she called the police on him

Here's the thing - don't be a selfish jerk, and no one's going to video tape you. And if they do, your behavior and actions would speak for themselves.

And yes, having your dog off leash is a super selfish jerk thing to do. Don't do it. You're not special. Your situation isn't different. Be respectful of others in public spaces.

Maybe the next time she will obey and use a leash.

Also note that she was using his skin color as a way to emphasize the importance of the police coming to help her. She also nearly strangled her dog. But what you are missing is that he also bears some blame, was threatening her, illegally videotaped her, then tried to destroy her by posting it on Facebook.

You are very wrong. He was not threatening her; he asked her to stop acting illegally. She refused, so he was going to offer a treat to show her that she did not have control of her dog. He was not illegally recording her as it is not illegal to record someone in public. The recording restrictions only occur in private and where the person has an expectation of privacy, neither of which is true in this case. He did not try to destroy her, he wanted to publicly shame her as a dog owner who flaunts the rules. That was his entire case. It was her own actions, her slanderous accusations of him threatening and attacking both her and her dog that destroyed her. You are a classic victim-blaming apologist.

He does not bear any blame. She had so many opportunities to avoid losing her dog, career and reputation and took none of them.

And I’m sorry you have been targeted and harassed

You need a reality check if you think it’s racist. also, if you understood the meaning behind it then you would know ANY name can replace it. Would you prefer Susan? Or Lauren? Or Heather?

SHE GOT CAUGHT, That is the thing. She got caught in such a way that her actions cannot be explained away even though other racists are trying to do just that. Thankfully, the other racist scums who are trying to blame the man are demographically the poor FOX NEWS type who are not capable of investing with Franklin Templeton. I hope she is boycotted by everyone and her life as she knows is utterly destroyed. I hope she suffers the shame and humiliation of being known worldwide as a racist and evil woman.

Actually, I’m thinking that it’s just a matter of time before she gets hired as a commentator by FOX News. I hope I’m wrong though.

There was no reason for him to approach her and video it so he was setting up the situation and zero respect for him. She handled it very badly but has a right to feel threatened by recording her.

I don't think he is nuts. She was being a self-entitled jerk by refusing to leash her dog. He offered the dog a treat to get her to leash her dog. He probably could guess from her attitude that the woman posed a danger to him (as was shown to be the case)

"Franklin Templeton has just announced Cooper's been fired from her job. The company said, "Following our internal review of the incident in Central Park [Monday], we have made the decision to terminate the employee involved, effective immediately." The investment firm doubled down ... "We do not tolerate racism of any kind at Franklin Templeton."

It doesn't matter, just call her by her name or just say this person.

Haven't you learned? Racism isn't possible in that direction.

Don’t have to. She shouldn’t be a Karen. PS, you’re being a Karen now by trying to force people to speak you want them too.

Don't equate Karen with the N-word.

Nope. Bc you don’t always know someone’s name and it’s already been said not to post her name or identifying info on this site. Women like her need to be called out. There are a bunch just like her. They flock together, make excuses and try to defer from the behavior and conversation. Like what you are doing.
