How old were you when you had your last baby?

I had #2 at 35. It was a harder pregnancy but faster/easier recovery. I had zero desire to have a third kid...it took me a while to come around to having a second!

3rd and last at 37. I’m exhausted. Other 2 were at 19 & 35. 2nd pregnancy kicked my ass. My current pregnancy is similar to first.

39. I was very active during the pregnancy, and I think that helped keep the momentum going. No regrets.

38. Had my other two kids ate 30 and 32.

I am 43 now. If I was youbger, I would go for a fourth. Ran out of time.

37. Not planned. One time sex in years.

40, she's now 2, i don't recall ever feeling stronger or more energetic than now. Our older kid is 6. No regrets. That said, I wouldn't got for a third, not enough time in the day.

26 for first and last.

DCUM has gotten a lot younger since the last time I read a thread like this!

Do you feel you have enough time for a fourth? Are your older kids needs not as time consuming anymore? I’ve always wanted 4 but worry about meeting everyone’s needs fully. Seems like someone is bound to get lost.

Last year a week after my 42nd birthday.

32. Definitely wouldn’t have wanted to be any older.

You can travel with your kids, you know. 32 is REALLY young for this area.I would never have made partner, etc.

Yes, I think I would be able to since there would be such a big age gap. My older 2 are pretty self sufficient and actually help around the house now. Moot point because DH and I both aren’t even considering a fourth. If I was 5 years younger, I would totally go for it.

I know a few moms with 3-4 kids very young in age and some or all the kids seem to be lost in the shuffle. I know other large families and they seem like well oiled machines.

And then I have some old friends who can’t get their shit together and they are single and childless.
