This is a Hunter issue, and if the Secret Service covered it up, and this happened in 2018, then, who was in charge of the Secret Service then?

Law enforcement is asked to remove/retrieve firearms all the time by private citizens. Guns are found and law enforcement retrieves and disposes of them. Hunter Biden likely went to a trusted member of USSS to assist in this case, rather than local law enforcement. No big deal.

Even if USSS took the paperwork from the dealer, the firearm is registered in the NICS system. It's not disappearing. Do law enforcement typically retrieve paperwork from the dealer in the case of lost or stolen guns? I don't know.

But this article seems like a lot of conjecture.

That was a lie, as evidence that has come to light proves.

Secret Service was involved... Why? Does Biden know anything about this? His spokesperson says he doesn't, but we can't trust his statement. How did the SS know about this and who sent them?

You know damn well that if Don Jr. or Eric Trump had this story written about them when their dad was president, Trump would have been asked about it... in fact, it would probably be the first question.

When did Trump ever hold a news conference where media could ask questions? If he did he would have called the reporter a nasty woman.

This is no big deal. The onus is on Hallie who should have given the gun to the police if she was concerned. Hunter bought the gun legally and it was stolen from him. It was reckless handling of a firearm on Hallie Biden’s part.

This is what I was thinking. Hunter reached out to agents he knew for assistance, and they were not acting in a professional capacity, but made it clear that they are agents. Hunter is so messed up. I assume Hallie is/was too. She was married to Beau until his death in 2015. Then Hunter left his wife to date Hallie from 2016 to 2018, the year this happened. Then Hunter impregnated a stripper and very suddenly married yet another woman and had a baby with her. Hunter seems to be the polar opposite of his father. I know Joe loves Hunter with all his heart, but that doesn’t mean that Hunter isn’t an albatross.
