In many states they give injections and administer nitrous oxide. Dentists rely on their prolonged time with patients to check for oral tissue pathologies. I wouldn’t rely on a Dentist to check for oral cancer.

Family friend (good looking and successful), cheated on his amazing wife with a same age woman, uneducated, with no job who was also cheating on her husband. They met at the gym. OW is uglier than wife, but she dresses like a sl.t and wears crazy heavy make up, etc. She looks like she is probably more into sex than the wife. I personally think he was bored and this OW was easy and different and into sex.

Too bad because he ruined a beautiful family with 2 young kids

In my H's family - the man left for a woman 10 years younger, much more successful and better educated than the ex wife and he brags about her intelligence and accomplishments. They seem to have great chemistry and a ton of common interests and hobbies. AP, now wife 2, has much better body but ex wife has prettier face.
