If you lost a significant amount of weight fairly easily, what did you do?

Wow. That's amazing! How many months did it take? Did you do green, blue or purple? How many points did you get and did you eat weeklies/fit points? I have been doing it for two months, lost 10 lbs, but am stuck now. And I have a lot more to go.

Do you have to talk during the Zoom meetings or is it like a check in if you want?

I lost about 30 lbs over a few months. This was two years ago, and I have kept it off fairly easily.

Example meals:
Breakfast: oatmeal, 2eggs with cheese, apple, coffee
Lunch: salad with walnuts, blue cheese, and leftover steak
Dinner: chicken, roasted potatoes, broccoli

When you put oatmeal,
I knew you didn’t do Keto.
Lower carb than you eat before, yes .
Keto, No.

My brother was borderline obese BMI for his height and lost 60-70 lbs by only eating frozen meals for a 7-8 months. He also walked a lot more, but no other change to his lifestyle (although this is obviously a big one). It just helped him portion easily and have relatively fulfilling, lower cal meals.

I lost 20 lbs in about 5-6 months. I got a spin bike and do a 30 minute peloton class 6 mornings a week. I didn’t change my diet at all. I don’t count calories but it has to be at least 2000 per day. My diet is horribly unhealthy. That’s the next thing on my list to tackle. I’m a woman, 5’1”, 113 lbs, late forties.

Now I am trying to gain ten pounds.

But do you feel healthier and have more energy?

Have lost 40 pounds since July: My Fitness Pal; exercise videos on YouTube 4-5x/week; try to get at least 12,000+ steps a day. No special diet (except for counting calories per MFP), no IF.
