Per Head First policy on their website under FAQ, if you cancel by June 1st, you can get a 75% refund or a 100% credit for future enrollment. Which is good at least for DC if the Mayor makes a decision this Friday. 75% is better than nothing.

What if they need to cancel? 75% fee will be refunded ? Or credit only ?

If they cancel you get 100% refunded. If you’re uncomfortable with sending your DC to camp you may cancel by June 1 and get 75% refunded or 100% credit for next enrollment.

Where did you see this? Nothing on their website.

NP. They sent out an email cancelling camps on 5/8.

I am pretty sure that they will be a no go because of the schools they are using. NCS is DD's school and obviously they are closed and probably don't want their name involved in any a risk of a potential scandal...

Shiloh sleepaway called it. Canceled with refunds.

CASA at Sheridan cancelled. They will try to do online classes, but are offering either a refund or a refund of everything except your deposit. If they keep the deposit, they'll roll it over to next year and give you priority enrollment.

Are your deposits substantial? One of my camp did 50% deposit so if they keep deposits that’s going to be a lot of money. I’d rather have a credit.

I think it's $250/session. We're rolling it over for next summer, because we don't want to do online classes for an arts-based camp. Seems totally pointless.

Anyone heard from Lab School camp?

Yep, I’m going for full credit for next summer

Any word from Camp Letts or Wabanna?

Montgomery County Parks just canceled all camps (the Recreation Department had already canceled theirs).

Phase 1 says organized activities for kids (camp, school, daycare) remain closed. They don't open until Phase 2. So Fairfax County thinks we will be in Phase 2 by June/July?
