+1 I have never been a fan of the guy and HATE his school start date mandates but even I'll admit he's doing a really good job right now.

Check your math, you put too many zeros in your calculation for Maryland.

Also, Maryland’s now up to 85 positive diagnoses while Virginia is at 77. So tell me again how Maryland’s measures have been more effective?

He shut down schools, which was huge and not an illusion..... He was talking about how serious this was when Donald Trump was still calling it a Democrat Hoax. I think Hogan is fantastic.

This is idiotic. No even knows how many cases there are because there is so little testing.
