closed at 5pm moving forward? What businesses are non essential? |
| He listed a long list of them. I am sure it is on his site. |
I don't think anyone here has stated that he was overall phenomenal.. just regarding covid crisis, which IMO, he has been compared to most other political leaders. IMO, except for the school calendar, I think he's been pretty good. |
| Are daycares still going to be open? I am an essential employee and am very worried. |
Maybe you can find out something here. |

I hope so. I know they're open in NY and other states with these sorts of orders, but haven't heard anything definitive about MD. |
| Daycares will remains open. |
Except for the school calendar, his transportation policy, his attitude towards Baltimore, his huge problem with conflicts of interest, his picking fights with localities that didn't vote for him... |
I don't mind his transportation policies. As for conflicts of interests.. I'm seeing a lot of that going around, not just on the R side. Hogan defended Baltimore from Trump. Just because you don't like him doesn't mean lots of other folks don't. But carry on... |
As will liquor stores, landscaping businesses, big box hardware stores, and whole host of other things. Don't count on shopping for clothes or going out dancing, but otherwise you're probably fine. (It wasn't clear to me if Target meets the lists for essential.) |
| Are gun dealers essential businesses also? |
|
He is going to single handedly destroy the entire economy of the state.
Like we correctly predicted he would in 2018, btw. |
Simply 2 stupid statements. Your statements are what this long standing Democrat is beginning to vote Republican at the state and local level in Maryland. Hogan has generally been good on the current crisis. And blaming him for the economic effects here shows a lack of intelligence if not more. |
