Girls, some posts raise some logical questions that can be answered respectfully. Some posts don't. However, when you respond using hyperbolic and polarizing language you are lowering the caliber of the discussion. You would be much better off if YOU stopped responding in the way that you are because none of you are representing your team well when you call names.

Wow, its not "bashing" if its just a simple statement of the truth. Capital has often been held out as a club that gets a large percentage (more than 13% certainly) of players in to the Ivy League schools. The Capital 2021s are some of the best players in the country and yet only 3 are committed to an Ivy. That doesn't line up with the reputation. Why arent more girls committed to Ivies? (and fyi Vanderbilt is not in same league as rest of those schools).

Would love to know the names of all the clubs that are doing significantly better.

Capital should consider hiring the full house lady to increase IVY admission %.

Ha second Capital team sent a player to Harvard last year and several others went to great schools, too. Haters gonna hate!

A bright young student was admitted
To Harvard. I am sure that when she listed extra curricular activities on the application the fact that she was on a local lacrosse club’s b team was a small factor

And if you believe lacrosse was not a factor in her admission then you probably are looking forward to a visit from Santa in 3 weeks.

Key word: small factor.

Hit a nerve on the Capital 21 Coach. Unethical behavior is catching up to him. Possible WAPO story in the making.

Plenty of clubs out there that don't have these kinds of character issues with their coaches, not sure why parents and athletes put up with it.

DD plays at Pride. Some really good coaches quit and came over to our program. I heard some really shocking stories that involved the coach above. And now he is a director. Not a stable environment.

Not surprising. Great advertisement for the Capital Lacrosse Club recruiting poster.

Was at the St James with my little swimmer, and noticed the Capital Coaches there training with a bunch of hs girls. As a parent of a pride little, who sometimes trains there and was considering capital for future, i was curious. So I asked one of the girls at the front desk and she said it was the regular St Stephen's girls lacrosse practice. Does this mean that Capital is officially back to being a saint Stephen's-only club?
