That should not be the role of the ED. Saw the letter and it looks like they may be making changes to the structure as it is so that may allow her to focus on other things and allow others to do their job.

Agree. The LMVSC ED is in EVERYBODY's BUSINESS. She has had a direct hand in teams collapsing for years (including our boys A team back in 2014). She is needlessly involved in decisions that should be left to the team, the coaches, or - better yet - an elected board.

Doesn't Lula the Executive Director own LMVSC? You could have fooled me, because she sure runs it like she does. Amazing coaches and directors have left the club thanks to her, She's very difficult to work with. Anyone with a little insight to the Club can tell you this. She is a nasty and sour little lady.
