LMVSC "announced" TD's grandmother died, so he declined the job. They knew he couldn't commit early but they were desperate to find someone ASAP and announced it early. He got cold feet and decided not to move across country. I'm sure the pay wasn't' worth it. I hear the club's ownership is pretty cheap with their staff. (Hens, top tear coaches continuously leave the club)

Why would a coach have to deal with the Executive Director?  Shouldn't the environment be set by TD, DOC, Age Group Director, as well as the constant work/communication you do be with them and not with the ED. [/quote]
