| What on earth did Ann and her husband tell their daughter after the abortion?? |
You're not as pro-choice as you think then, if you believe it's okay to judge women for their choice. |
i feel like that was the point! this family had the financial means, but knew it still wasn't right for them to bring another child into this world. Sometimes it's a personal choice that no one except the two parents involved know the "right" answer to it - PERSONAL CHOICE |
Whatever. I also believe women are all entitled to their own opinions, and I shared mine. |
that is perfectly fine for you to have your own opinion, just as this fictional family has their own opinion .... but, your first statement "i was actually quite disgusted by their choice" is 100% judgement. So just acknowledge that you ARE judging another women for having a different opinion than you. that's fine, freedom of speech, but you are judging this women for her choice while also spouting that you are pro-choice hypocrisy: the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; pretense. |
Yes, of course I am judging this FICTIONAL couple - that's part of having an opinion, the ability to judge. You judge people too. Being pro-choice simply means you believe abortion should be safe, legal, and available to women who choose that option. It doesn't mean you have to agree with the reasons behind the choice. That's a fairly simple concept; I'm sorry you don't seem to understand it. |
looks like we have different views on what it means to be pro-choice then. My definition is: pro-choice means you believe abortion should be safe, legal, and available to women who choose that option WITHOUT JUDGEMENT because I acknowledge that I don't know your life and your body. Your definition is: pro-choice means you believe abortion should be safe, legal, and available to women who choose that option - but I will pass judgement on you for making that choice. carry on

Guess we’ll have to agree to disagree.
|
NP here, and I disagree with your definition. |

Anyone watching season 2? For the life of me, I can’t figure out how Kate is considered attractive. She’s pretty much a guy, in all her mannerisms.
And the constant hookups with Frankie and other women is ridiculous. |
| I finished season 2, I enjoyed it. |
| I think Kate is attractive. She has a really nice body . While her face isn't conventionally pretty I think it's attractive and unique. |
It’s not so much her physical appearance - it’s her incredibly masculine way of talking and her mannerisms. Just so unattractive. |
The Frankie storylines were weird and didn’t fit with anything else. Kate’s work and marriage struggles were aggravating—she can’t seem to do anything other than exactly what she wants to do. The ending of season 2 surprised me. |
| A plastic surgeon nurse messed up a lip injection. They kept swelling and made it painful to close. Then the injection sites developed granulomas which were removed by a different surgeon. Yikes- have some compassion. |
