SPOILER

Binged it today. Didn't like the character development of Mike, it was really disappointing...

This season was overall very MEH and I was very bummed that it was so short.

The food was terrible. And such small portions! PP, if the season was meh, then having it be short shouldn't bother you, eh? (Trying out my canadian accent in honor of WMs). I'm the PP on the previous page who said I was so disappointed by season 3 that I didn't feel excited for this new season, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ended up bingeing it all in one night (thank you 22 minute episodes!). I liked that they made Frankie out to be less of a weirdo. I also thought it was realistic how Anne was jealous of Kate's relationship with the new mom who's son was good friends with Charlie. And honesty, the whole Alice storyline gave me chills, as the mom of a teenage daughter. I have no idea if there's going to be a season 5 but if there is, I'll be excited to watch.

I wasnt impressed either, not as funny and less sex then previous seasons, like no sex whatsoever....not that I expect porn but you know what I mean.

I found season 4 to be really funny. I love the storyline with Alice

I really want to like this show and watch it b/c the bar is so low right now and i feel like i SHOULD....but i just really don't like any of the women at all. I wouldn't want to be friends with them and feel like they're so extreme in some dimensions that they're made to be unlikeable

Terrible season. Won’t watch next season. Not sure why the other two women are in it at all. It should just be Kate and the red head.

Loved how Kate directly addresses her lips. Hello, elephant in the room, nice to see you.

I love Kate

Yes, that seemed like a cop-out way to deal with the issue of Mike - they totally changed his character and made him a complete joke...just a buffoon. He was totally different last season - unless the point is that she was seeing him through rose-colored glasses back then. But still...they made him irredeemable.
It was a very short season, mostly rehashing the same things. The writing wasn’t as good, either.

I guess so we wouldn't be mad at Kate for her choice? I'm only a couple episodes in, but thought they'd at least keep Mike a tantalizing code a little longer so we could see her struggle with whether she chose correctly.

As a mother of a daughter, agree that Alice is terrifying.

I thought this season was great.

I'm scared to look it up, but what does the train thing mean? One right after another?

Yes, "run a train" is one after another.

Oh poor girl. Back in my day kids would be too (horribly) homophobic to suggest such a thing. I wonder how real the portrayal of online bullying is? Scared to enter that would as kids grow up.
