OP, for me that would be way too much sugar and carbs per day. Saying that, I love fruits. I would have on a daily basis just one fruit and some berries. I usually add berries into my salad, or oatmeal. I would bring an apple, pear or grapes to work for snack (prior to heading to gym to work out).

I know this may not seem terribly helpful, but my biggest 2 thoughts reading OP including follow up comments are (in no particular order:
1. That is a lot of fruit and I’d sooner eat it “naturally” as there may be benefits we can’t yet quantify or appreciate. 2) If I had someone coming every couple days to prepare food for me I wouldn’t waste it on fruit or smoothies from said fruit. |
| Wow! That is A LOT of sugar to be eating everyday! |
| I would feel gross and bloated all day. Probably spend a lot of time on the toilet too. |
| Pre-blended food, especially fruit, goes through me too quickly. I get a huge blood sugar spike and crash, digestive issues, and I'm starving again within an hour. I need the whole fiber to slow down the digestive process and even out the blood sugar response. |

Like others have mentioned, I tend not to drink my calories, including with fruits. I find that actually going through the effort to peel/cut/eat foods leaves me feeling more satiated.
That being said, I definitely don't get through that much fruit in a day! I might have a banana with breakfast in the morning, and then something like an apple, orange, or berries in the afternoon for a snack. I do eat more fruit in the summer, though. |
| This sounds delicious and expensive. |

Homemade smoothie with Orgain Pea protein and frozen fruit from Costco, a banana, greek whole milk yogurt and almond milk. Measure out the servings so you're not getting too much.

That's at least 7 servings of fruit at once. I love fruit, and I could eat that much fruit in a day, but not all at once.
I like to eat a banana at breakfast, bring some clementines or apples with me to work to snack on, or eat berries or mango or grilled pineapple for dessert. |
| That's way too much fruit if you're trying to lose weight. |
| OP - an earlier poster linked to a NYT article that addressed your question. Basically, eating fruit is better because chewing the fiber acts as a net to slow the rush of blood sugar. In a smoothie, the fiber is pulverized so doesn’t have the same benefit. There are probably other differences that are not yet known or quantified. Even if you’re not looking to lose weight, spiking up your blood sugar like that may have other adverse effects down the road. Adding the avocado probably helps tho as combing fat with fruit has generally been shown to lower the spike in blood sugar and insulin production. |
| Do you realize you are consuming over 100 GRAMS of SUGAR a day just from these beverages? |

I have a chronic illness so try to focus on really nutrient dense food and low sugar overall, more vegetable focused.
I do eat a fairly large bowl of blueberries with a tiny bit of unsweetened Kite Hill almond yogurt and pistachios every evening. |
