engage with a lie? This would be like a story on domestic violence omitting DV committed by women saying DV is only a men’s issue. This study is a fraud to push a false narrative

The study includes data on Asians, so you're the one pushing a false narrative.

"White students are 1.5 times as likely to be suspended as Asian, Pacific Islander or Native Hawaiian students." http://projects.propublica.org/miseducation/district/2400480

Exactly. They should have stated that blacks are nearly 7 times as likely to be suspended as Asians if they want to show disparities. But that doesn’t keep with the evil white people privilege mantra.

So why are all the comparisons but that one whites vs blacks and Hispanics? Also that was in the study and not the article

What does my sex have to do with a discussion on race? Nothing, but name calling is your go-to when you can’t effectively argue my point.

headline: Data Shows Minority Students in MCPS More Likely To Be Disciplined, Behind Academically

they seem to be missing the part before the "be disciplined" outcome. like what actually happened.

can't wait for cameras to be in the classroom so we can see behavior issues for ourselves. then decide if MCPS is racist or overly PC and ineffective.

MCPS responsed to the story by saying they don’t dispute the data. So they are literally themselves going to ignore that Asians were omitted abs work to get rid of bias teachers may have. In short, deny reality

Isn't Hispanic the largest population in MCPS already? Minority? The title of that thread is wrong in the first place.

It’s a discussion about a study that was done on race. In which one race was erased to fit a political narrative. That is what is racist.
Im guessing you are one of those people who are always saying we should have a "conversation" about race, which really means shouting down anyone that disagrees with you.

Hispanics are probably already a plurality in the county. When I graduated from my MCPS high school in 1993 the school was probably 70% white, now it is less than 40% white and Hispanics are the largest group

Because this thread, and the comments on the Bethesda Beat piece, weren't already more than enough?
