really? There are tons of unsolved cases. Plus, they don't even seem to be looking for her now.

By herself at a restaurant? Weird.

Then who was she with the night before?

That's not so weird. People go alone to restaurants all the time. Especially if her intent was just to see it in advance of her friends' wedding.

Her name was taken off the 9/11 list.

Most murders go unsolved. People "disappear" i.e. Walk out on their lives under their own volition all the time as well. Granted it's a lot harder since 9/11.

She didn't go to Windows for breakfast. It's been very well documented who was there. It was probably easier for her family to believe she died a hero than what's more likely.

And if it was her in the lobby video, what happened to her shopping bags?

Breakfast is the least weird meal to eat alone in a restaurant.

Could she have been outside the building but killed by falling debris or the buildings coming down?

There is no definite list of who was at Windows that morning.

They would have found the body in that case.

I agree. If she had gone out with a friend and then stayed overnight at the friend's place you would expect that the friend would try to help find her.

Maybe Sneha and her friend went to the World Trade Center for breakfast and died together there.

Such a strange disappearance.

Her name was placed back on the 9/11 list

It is strange. Yet there is a poster here who thinks it's not odd at all.

I read once that someone on the ground died right after one of the planes crashed because they were hit by a piece of the plane. They would have found her body I think.

I don't believe that the Poster in this thread just happened to know her and happened upon this thread instantly. Lies

Most murders are unsolved? Is that true?

I can't believe I never heard this story before.

Wow, I feel badly for that mom who's son with the pizza place job disappeared.

Maybe she met up with her friend while she was shopping, went back to her friend's apt with her shopping bags, stayed overnight and then in the morning, they both went to the World Trade Center for breakfast. Just freak timing.

The friend has never come forward because the friend is dead, too. Maybe the friend worked at the Trade Center and, therefore, has already been presumed dead.
